MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE

FC/01/03-26 Chair’s Welcome.
Cllr C. Jude (Chair) welcomed everyone present to the meeting and thanked them for attending.
FC/02/03-26 Apologies for Absence.
None received.
FC/03/03-26 To receive Declarations of Interest in agenda items under the Localism Act 2011 – being pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests.
None received.
FC/04/03-26 To receive and approve the draft minutes of the Finance Committee Meeting held on 12 February 2026.
The minutes of the Finance Committee Meeting held on 12 February 2026 were proposed by Cllr P. Robinson and seconded by Cllr J. Sieradzki approved and signed by the Chair, Cllr C. Jude.
FC/05/03-26 Update on Café Rent.
The Clerk will contact Julie Brookes regarding the rent due on 31 March 2026.
FC/06/03-26 Update on Staff Contracts.
The staff to sign a document stating that the Council staff will not use Council vehicles during lunch or any other time while not at work.
FC/07/03-26 Update on General Finance.
The Clerk gave all members updated accounts.
FC/08/03-26 VAT Return
The Clerk will meet with Cllr P. Robinson and Cllr C. Jude to gain access to the Chapel St Leonards Parish Council VAT accounts.
FC/09/03-26 Date and time of next Finance Committee Meeting.
