MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE
Held on Friday, 14 November 2025 from 9.30am at the Moonfleet Club, Tomlinson Leisure, South Road, Chapel St Leonards, PE24 5TW
Present: Cllr C. Jude (Chair), Cllr S. Whitmore, Cllr P. Robinson, Cllr. G. Ward.

FC/01/11-25 Chair’s Welcome.
Cllr C. Jude (Chair) welcomed all present to the meeting and thanked them for attending.
FC/02/11-25 Apologies for Absence.
None received.
FC/03/11-25 To receive Declarations of Interest in agenda items under the Localism Act 2011 – being pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests.
None received.
FC/04/11-25 To receive and approve the draft minutes of the Finance Committee Meeting held on 20 October 2025.
The minutes of the Finance Committee Meeting held on 20 October 2025 were unanimously approved and signed by the Chair, Cllr C. Jude.
FC/05/11-25 Scribe Report 2024/2025
The Clerk distributed the Scribe Report. There were discussions on budgets.
FC/06/11-25 Scribe Report 2023/2024
The Clerk distributed the Scribe Report. There were discussions on budgets.
FC/07/11-25 Possible Change of Scribe Package – Going Forward.
Cllr C. Jude (Chair) showed the Councillors QuickBooks accounts package on his laptop and suggested in January 2026 that it should run side by side to the Parish Council’s Scribe package so that the changeover would run smoothly.
FC/08/11-25 Date and Time of Next Finance Meeting.
