MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE

FC/01/01-26 Chair’s Welcome.
Cllr C. Jude (Chair) welcomed everyone present to the meeting and thanked them for attending.
FC/02/01-26 Apologies for Absence.
None received.
FC/03/01-26 To receive Declarations of Interest in agenda items under the Localism Act 2011 – being pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests.
None received.
FC/04/01-26 To receive and approve the draft minutes of the Finance Committee Meeting held on 18 December 2025.
The minutes of the Finance Committee Meeting held on 18 December 2026 were unanimously approved and signed by the Chair, Cllr C. Jude.
FC/05/01-26 Kiosk Lease.
The Clerk to obtain Statutory Declaration for tenant to sign a two-year lease. Three quotes have been received for the electrical work to be carried out in the kiosk. It was Resolved at the Full Council Meeting on 12 January 2026 that MHP will be carrying out the work which will start soon.
FC/06/01-26 Neat Feet Discussion
It was Resolved to allow the tenant to terminate the lease 3 months early with valid reason.
FC/07/01-26 Date and time of next Finance Committee Meeting.
