FC/01/12-25      Chair’s Welcome.

Cllr C. Jude (Chair) welcomed everyone present to the meeting and thanked them for attending.

FC/02/12-25      Apologies for Absence.

None received.

FC/03/12-25      To receive Declarations of Interest in agenda items under the Localism Act 2011 – being pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests.

None received.

FC/04/12-25    To receive and approve the draft minutes of the Finance Committee Meeting held on 14 November 2025.

The minutes of the Finance Committee Meeting held on 14 November 2025 were unanimously approved and signed by the Chair, Cllr C. Jude.

FC/05/12-25      Purchase of Scaffolding Tower.

There was a discussion regarding the purchase of a scaffolding tower but there were health and safety concerns.

FC/06/12-25      Update Accounts 2024/2025

The Clerk produced updated accounts for the Finance Committee to look through.

FC/07/12-25      Budget and Precept Discussion.

There will be a meeting to discuss this on Tuesday, 6 January 2025 at 10.00am.

FC/08/12-25      Discussion about Accounting Software.

There was a discussion regarding QuickBooks accounting software to start in 2026.

FC/09/12-25      Date and time of next Finance Committee Meeting.
