COMMITTEE MEETING

EA/01/07-26 Chair’s Welcome
The Chairman, Cllr C. Jude welcomed all present to the meeting and thanked them for attending.
EA/02/07-26 Apologies for Absence.
None received.
EA/03/07-26 To receive Declarations of Interest in agenda items under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests.
None received.
EA/04/07-26 To receive and approve the draft minutes of the Environment and Amenities Committee Meeting held on 5 May 2026.
The minutes of the Environment and Amenities Committee Meeting held on 2 June 2026 were proposed by Cllr C. Briggs and seconded by Cllr. C. Naylor. They were unanimously approved and signed by the Chair, Cllr C. Jude.
EA/05/07-26 Update on Seafront Café and Shop Premises windows. Quotes approval.
The Clerk had received quotes for the windows of the Seafront Café and the shop premises. It was RESOLVED unanimously that Pipers Windows would carry out this work. This item will be taken to the next Full Council Meeting.
EA/06/07-26 Lease for shop premises discussion
The Clerk sent all members of the Council the shop lease for them to approve. The councillors unanimously approved the lease. This would be signed by the 12 July 2026 start date.
EA/07/07-26 Date and time of next meeting.
