EA/01/12-25 Chair’s Welcome.
Cllr P. Robinson (Chair) welcomed all present to the meeting and thanked them for attending.
EA/02/12-25 Apologies for Absence.
Cllr C. Briggs with valid reason.
EA/03/12-25 To receive Declarations of Interest in agenda items under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests.
Cllr C. Jude declared an interest in agenda item no. 5 due to previous works with the renovation company.
EA/04/12-25 To receive and approve the draft minutes of the Environment and Amenities Committee Meeting held on 6 November 2025.
The minutes of the Environment and Amenities Committee Meeting held on 6 November 2025 were unanimously approved and signed by the Chairman, Cllr P. Robinson.
EA/05/12-25 Renovation Work Update and S106 Monies.
The permit to start the renovation work on the amphitheatre has now been granted.
EA/06/12-25 Village Maps Boards Update.
This will be discussed at the next Environment and Amenities Meeting.
EA/07/12-25 Wise Parking Discussion.
This will be discussed at the next Environment and Amenities Meeting.
EA/08/12-25 Purchase of 6 Rubbish Bins
It was RESOLVED to purchase 6 new rubbish bins.
EA/09/12-25 Date and time of next Environment and Amenities Meeting.
