MINUTES OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND AMENITIES COMMITTEE MEETING

EA/01/11-25 Chair’s Welcome.
Cllr P. Robinson (Chair) welcomed all present to the meeting and thanked them for attending.
EA/02/11-25 Apologies for Absence.
Cllr C. Jude with valid reason.
EA/03/11-25 To receive Declarations of Interest in agenda items under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests.
None received.
EA/04/11-25 To receive and approve the draft minutes of the Environment and Amenities Committee Meeting held on 2nd October 2025.
The minutes of the Environment and Amenities Committee meeting held on 2nd October 2025 were unanimously approved and signed by the Chairman, Cllr P. Robinson.
EA/05/11-25 Update re renovation work and permits and S106 monies.
Waiting for the permit to start work on the amphitheatre.
EA/06/11-25 Update Neat Feet premises access.
It was RESOLVED to accept the quotation from Impressions to replace the door at Neat Feet for the sum of £1,300 inclusive.
EA/07/11-25 Memorial bench seafront request needing Environment Agency approval update.
Awaiting permit from Environment Agency.
EA/08/11-25 Village maps for notice boards.
Clerk to research maps of Chapel St Leonards to be placed on 2 notice boards.
EA/09/11-25 Bicycle parking discussion in readiness for LCC Meeting.
There was a discussion of the bicycle parking that LCC have funding for. The meeting is to be held on 21 November at the Observatory.
EA/10/11-25 Date and time of next Environment and Amenities Committee Meeting.
