The Proper Officer updated the committee on the toilet and car park income, the toilets average £100 per week over the year and the car park fluctuates but the income remains positive. The opening of the toilets at Trunch Lane will be discussed at the next meeting, they remain closed until the school summer holiday due to vandalism.

The Chair contacted ELDC (Minute AC8/03-24) and was advised that there has been a new landlord for these premises and the ELDC felt there was no case to answer to with the CPO. It was noted that the flats were looking a lot tidier lately and the grass had been cut.

Weather permitting the steps will be repaired and any loose brickwork repaired. The steps will be painted in bright colours. It is hoped this will start in May.

The annual Chalet Inspection took place and overall, they are in good order, the invoices for the ground rent have been delivered along with any requests for repair work. The Chalet that is in the most disrepair is in hand.
