MINUTES OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND AMENITIES
COMMITTEE MEETING

EA/01/03-26 Chair’s Welcome.
Cllr P. Robinson (Chair) welcomed all present to the meeting and thanked them for attending.
EA/02/03-26 Apologies for Absence.
None received.
EA/03/03-26 To receive Declarations of Interest in agenda items under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests.
None received.
EA/04/03-26 To receive and approve the draft minutes of the Environment and Amenities Committee Meeting held on 12 February 2026.
The minutes of the Environment and Amenities Committee Meeting held on 12 February 2026 were unanimously approved and signed by the Chairman, Cllr P. Robinson.
EA/05/03-26 Bicycle Hub Discussion.
There was a discussion regarding the bicycle hub that will be sited at Chapel Point car park near the North Sea Observatory. The Clerk to arrange a meeting with LCC and the members of council to discuss this further.
EA/06/03-26 Further Discussion on Village Mapping Boards.
It was noted that there are village mapping boards in place around the village. These are suitably placed and in good condition.
EA/07/03-26 Date and time of next meeting.
