Cllr Keeffe, Cllr Davie (LCC) These absences were formally approved, having considered and accepted the reasons for absence

18/96 To Receive The Notes Of The Parish Council Meeting Held On 10th September 2018

Proposed Cllr Ison, seconded Cllr Evans & unanimously agreed that these notes should be signed

c) To receive Half yearly budget – sent to Councillors before the meeting

a) PKF Accountants – Assurance Review completed - No observations, Notice of Conclusion displayed on the notice board, and the web site

d) Bins within the Village

e) To agree to claim the funds for the Bins from the 106 Monies

The approximate cost will be £12000.00 this will include new Bins on the sea front, Village green, Chapel Point and the public conveniences. It was proposed by Cllr Sands, seconded byCllr Hibbert-Greaves and unanimously agreed that the funds should be applied through the 106 monies

Cllr Hibbert-Greaves gave an update on the Pullover

Cllr Ison reported that he would be attending the House of Lords Meeting

 

18/104 Public Space Protection Orders

a) To adopt The Memorandum of Understanding

This was found to be incorrect – the Clerk will contact ELDC

b) To Adopt amendment to the Body Worn Camera Policy

Proposed Cllr Ison, seconded Cllr Evans & Unanimously agreed

 

18/105 Residents Association – Request To Undertake Work On The Amphitheatre

Proposed Cllr Yaxley seconded by Cllr Hibbert-Greaves and unanimously agreed that the resident’s association request should be granted

 

18/106 England Coast Path

Request for free parking spaces

It was unanimously agreed that the Parish Council do not wish to issue an unlimited amount of free parking spaces. However, in special circumstances 2 free spaces may be issued for exhibition staff

18/109 Emergency Pink Paper

The Pink Paper consisted of the Notes from the Personnel Committee Meeting dated 4th October which covered the recommendations made concerning the renewing of Staff contracts, and the long-term sickness arrangements

It was then unanimously agreed that the notes should be adopted as minutes, and signed by the Chairman
