It was unanimously agreed that these notes should be signed

It was proposed by Cllr Hibbert-Greaves seconded by Cllr Sands and unanimously agreed that these minutes should be signed

The Chairman expressed his thanks for the support received from Cllr Naughton in the past, and wished it to be recorded that his presence would be sadly missed

It was also noted that the Parish Council would be displaying a banner for the Christmas event at the same time

It was unanimously agreed that the Parish Council should become a member, and Cllr Evans would become the Parish Council representative

18/125 To Move Into Closed Session
It was unanimously agreed to move into closed session, members of the public left
18/126 Lease Of The Pullover Kiosk
The lease expires at the end of March 2019. I was proposed by Cllr Hibbert-Greaves, seconded by Cllr Ison and unanimously agreed to put the lease out to tender for a 3-year period at a new rate
18/127 Chalet Licence
The Clerk has been advised by the Parish Council Solicitors that the lease is very outdated and should be reviewed. The Council also took the opportunity of reviewing the rent which hadnot been increased for some years.
It was unanimously agreed that the clerk would deal with the solicitors over the lease, and that the rent should rise.
