Cllr Turton-Leivers. This absence was formally approved, by vote, having considered and accepted the reason for absence

been CHECKED BY Cllr Mrs King a member of the Finance Committee

The accounts had been sent out to all Councillors before the meeting, there were no questions

LCC – Cllr Davie reported on the following matters, plans for the coast, including the Coastal Parks, and the new facility in Huttoft

Notice Under Article 38 of proposal for a Coastal Zone Local Development Order

ELDC - Cllr Hibbert-Greaves reported that the ELDC staff will return to working from home.

He also reported that ELDC were in favour of the Notice Under Article 38 of proposal for a Coastal Zone Local Development Order

19/196 To Ratify the following decisions made between meetings via e-mail

a) Application from LCC NSO to use an official contractor to use weed killer under the

It was unanimously agreed that these decisions should be ratified

19/197 Request from the Residents Association

To name the new recreation ground foot path ‘Teresa Tansley Way’, this would be financed by the Residents Association.

It was proposed by Cllr Hibbert-Greaves, seconded by Cllr Yaxley & unanimously agreed that

The Council should agree to this request.

19/198 Agenda items for the next Meeting should be sent to the Clerk, to ensure they are discussed before the meeting

Proposed Cllr Barrs, seconded Cllr Hibbert-Greaves & unanimously agreed that these minutes should be signed.

Proposed Cllr Barrs, seconded Cllr Hibbert-Greaves & unanimously agreed that these minutes should be signed.

19/201 To Vote on the recommendations from the Personnel Committee – Cllr Barrs

The first recommendation was discussed, and proposed by Cllr Mrs King, no second

A Counter proposal was then made by Cllr Barrs, seconded by Cllr Hibbert- Greaves.

A vote was taken to accept the counter proposal.

The second recommendation was then discussed. It was proposed by Cllr Barrs,

seconded by Cllr Hibbert-Greaves and unanimously agreed to accept the recommendation of the Personnel Committee.
