19/18 Election Of Chairman
Cllr Turton Leivers proposed Cllr Hibbert-Greaves as Chairman, seconded Cllr Yaxley and unanimously agreed. Cllr Hibbert-Greaves accepted the post and signed the Acceptance of Office
19/19 Election Of Vice Chairman
Cllr Evans proposed Cllr Yaxley – there was no second – proposal withdrawn
Cllr Yaxley proposed Cllr Evans as Vice Chairman, seconded Cllr Turton Leivers and unanimously agreed. Cllr Evans accepted the post and signed the Acceptance of Office

Various quotes were discussed and a preferred supplier was agreed on
The quote however is higher than the funds allocated by ELDC for this project, it was therefore unanimously agreed that an application for the difference of £1630.00 should be applied for from the 106 Monies
