Proposed Cllr Turton Leivers, seconded Cllr Evans and unanimously agreed the minutes should be signed

 

19/35 To Receive The Schedules Of Accounts For 1st May To The 31st May 2019 Which Have Been Checked On Behalf Of The Finance Portfolio Holder By Cllr Evans

The Skegness Lord Mayor’s Civic meeting raised £600 for Charity

The Parish Council has been successful in its bid for funds towards more signage

19/40 Clerks Report

a) Vandalism to the railings on the Village Green

It was proposed by Cllr Hamilton that the damage should be repaired seconded by Cllr Barrs & unanimously agreed

b) Vandalism to Trunch Lane Toilets

These toilets closed; it was unanimously agreed that the repair work should be undertaken, at a cost of £3100.00, and reopened with shorter opening hours

c) Parish Office Clock – 2 clocks not working

It was unanimously agreed that the 2 clocks should be shut off with a facia board, with some kind Decal on them. The Parish Council has been offered funds for a useful project by a business man and Cllr Hibbert-Greaves will approach him concerning this matter

d) Foot path to the recreation Ground

Funds have now been applied for.

The Skegness Coastal BID have agreed to finance this project

f) Chalet Up Date

Most licensees have now returned the new agreement, Cllr Barrs will check on each Chalet to see that the agreement is being abided by

c) Street light application

Discussed, not an option at the moment, Cllr Evans will contact LCC for further information

d) Beach Clean Chapel Point – unanimously agreed
