Planning Permission - Erection of 1no. detached house, existing outbuildings on site to be removed. Erection of fencing to a maximum height of 2.0 metres and construction of a vehicular access, parking and turning area.

18/132 Brown Signs For The North Sea Observatory
The Parish Council has been approached by LCC to support their application for Brown signs to direct visitors to the NSO

It was unanimously agreed to move into closed session
18/134 Lease Of Trunch Lane Car Park
The lease has been checked by the Parish Councils Solicitors, it was proposed by Cllr Hibbert Greaves, seconded by Cllr Ison and unanimously agreed that the lease should now be signed
18//135 Trunch Lane Car Park Meter
It was proposed by Cllr Hibbert-Greaves, seconded by Cllr Yaxley and unanimously agreed that an IPS meter, with Solar Charging. Coin and credit card/Contactless should be purchased.
Arrangements are to be made to have the machine & signage up for use by mid-February.
The Tariff will be the same as Chapel Point, however the charging period will be from 1st March to the 31st October.
