Minutes Of The Extra Parish Council Meeting

18/167 Apologies For Absence
Cllr Daws this absence was formally approved, having considered
and accepted the reason for absence
18/168 Declarations Of Pecuniary Interest Not Already Registered
None
18/169 To Move Into Closed Session
It was unanimously agreed to move into closed session
18/170 To Discuss The Installation Of An Alarm System At The Chapel Point Office.
Three separate quotes had been sent out to the Councillors before the meeting,
these were all discussed.
It was proposed by Cllr Yaxley, seconded by Cllr Hibbert-Greaves and unanimously agreed that the Parish Council accepts the quote from Protec Services for the Office of£653.82 +VAT, in addition a personal attack button should be fitted.
It was also proposed by Cllr Yaxley, seconded by Cllr Hibbert-Greaves and unanimously agreed that the Council accept the quote of £170 + VAT for the servicing of the alarm in the old Cafe
18/171 To Move Out Of Closed Session
It was unanimously agreed to move out of closed session
