None

 

19/18 Election Of Chairman

Cllr Turton Leivers proposed Cllr Hibbert-Greaves as Chairman, seconded Cllr Yaxley and unanimously agreed. Cllr Hibbert-Greaves accepted the post and signed the Acceptance of Office

 

19/19 Election Of Vice Chairman

Cllr Evans proposed Cllr Yaxley – there was no second – proposal withdrawn

Cllr Yaxley proposed Cllr Evans as Vice Chairman, seconded Cllr Turton Leivers and unanimously agreed. Cllr Evans accepted the post and signed the Acceptance of Office

19/21 To Confirm Appointments

a) Committee Members –

Cllr Hibbert Greaves proposed that at this time a portfolio holder is nominated for each Committee seconded Cllr Turton Leivers & unanimously agreed

  • Cllr Yaxley – Environment & Amenities - proposed Cllr Hibbert-Greaves, seconded Cllr Evans

  • Main Council – Personnel - Cllr Hibbert -Greaves, seconded Cllr Turton Leivers

All Appointments were unanimously agreed

c)It was proposed by Cllr Yaxley seconded by Cllr Hibbert-Greaves and unanimously agreed that the clerk should speak to ELDC to discuss co option and request a governance review

 

19/22 To Receive The Notes Of The Meeting Of The Council Held On 15th April

Proposed Cllr Turton Leivers, seconded Cllr Evans and unanimously agreed the minutes should be signed

 

19/23 To Receive The Notes Of The Meeting Of The Cemetery Committee Council Held On 14th March 2019

Proposed Cllr Ison seconded Cllr Hibbert-Greaves, the Minutes were signed

a) Closing of Play Park – It was unanimously agreed to ask Mr Ison to continue locking the park in the evening – the Clerk will check the insurance

19/31 Recreation Ground Footpath

Various quotes were discussed and a preferred supplier was agreed on

The quote however is higher than the funds allocated by ELDC for this project, it was therefore unanimously agreed that an application for the difference of £1630.00 should be applied for from the 106 Monies
