NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, and Members are summoned to attend a Chapel St Leonards Parish Council AGM which will be held on Monday, 12 May 2025 commencing at 7.00pm at the Chapel St Leonards Village Hall, Sea Road, PE24 5SA.  If you cannot attend, please inform the Clerk/RFO of your absence and the reason thereof.

Following the election of Chairman and Vice Chairman there will be a public forum for a maximum 15 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

AGENDA

  1. To elect a Chairman for the ensuing year (2025/26) and to receive the Declaration of Acceptance of Office of Chairman of Chapel St Leonards Parish Council.

 

  1. To elect a Vice Chairman for the ensuing year (2025/26) and to receive the Declaration of Acceptance of Office Vice Chairman of Chapel St Leonards Parish Council.

 

  1. Public Forum

To resolve to suspend the meeting for a maximum of 15 minutes to allow members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to the Council and to receive reports of the elected members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council.

 

  1. Apologies for Absence

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk/RFO prior to the meeting.

 

  1. Declarations of Interest

To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests.
