AC4/EO11-23 To resolve as minutes the record of the meeting on 18 October 2023
RESOLVED and signed by the Chair, noting Exceptions in the signed record it Item AC8/10-23 point 4.
AC5/EO11-23 To finalise the 2024/27 Grass Cutting tender package
The tender package was RESOLVED to finalise, including changes of 18th October and these updates:
• to include only specified foot and bridlepaths as noted by the committee, and reflected on the “v3” draft, inclusive of the spreadsheet to support the maps in Exhibit 17.
Having concluded the agenda, the meeting was adjourned at 12:52.
