CC1/10-22 Election of Chair
Cllr Hamilton was proposed and seconded and RESOLVED Cllr Hamilton is elected Chair of the E&A Committee
CC2/1022 Election of Vice Chair
Cllr Seabrooke was proposed and seconded and RESOLVED Cllr Seabrooke is elected Vice Chair of the E&A Committee

CC4/10-22 Declarations of Interest

CC5/10-22 To consider items for the next ordinary E & A Committee meeting
- Chalet repair & upkeep notices: Chalet Inspections will take place on 4 January 2023 from 10:00 am so that owners can receive any repair and upkeep notices well in advance of the lease renewal period
- Signage: from village centre towards the playpark, speed limit signs, school speed zone signs
- Overnight Fisherman’s parking at Chapel Point
- Maintaining the aesthetics of the pullover and under benches
- Street Scene: residents’ failure to remove wheelie bins from paths and pavements promptly after emptying in contravention of the Environmental Protection Act of 1990
CC6/10-22 To resolve the date of the next E & A Committee meeting
It was RESOLVED that the next ordinary meeting of the Environment and Amenities Committee will be held on Wednesday 11 January 2023 at 10:00 am at the Church Hall, Church Lane, Chapel St Leonards
Having concluded the agenda, the meeting was adjourned at 10:36am.
