MINUTES OF AN EXTRAORDINARY MEETING
OF THE CEMETERY COMMITTEE

CC4/05-23 To consider a reply to the Parochial Church Council following their letter dated 4th May 2023
The reply to our April letter was discussed and the Council RESOLVED that:
the past expenses would be forgiven and that going forward the Council would like to see a 50/50 share of grass cutting costs and the Church to pay for their own tree maintenance. The Council would continue to pay for an annual tree survey and the maintenance of trees within their property. The council want to reconfirm the 2004 agreement regarding access and 50/50 sharing of footpath maintenance costs. Finally, the committee are open to a joint meeting to discuss matters further, if needed.
The deputy clerk will draft a letter accordingly for committee perusal prior to sending it to the PCC.
There being no other business, the meeting was closed at 1:05pm.
