Minutes Of The Meeting Of The Cemetery Committee
March 14th 2019 at 10 am in The Parish Office Ancaster Avenue Chapel St Leonards
Present: Cllr Turton Leivers – Chair, Cllrs Evans, Hibbert-Greaves & Ison

3. Clerks Report
There had not been a price increase for the last 2 years, it was proposed by Cllr Hibbert-Greaves
seconded by Cllr Ison and unanimously agreed that an increase of 15% rounded up to the nearest
£5 should be made across the board
4. The General Appearance Of The Cemetery & Marking Of Plots – Cllr Ison
Cllr Ison had visited the Cemetery and compiled a list of plots which were in breach of the
regulations, the Clerk will contact all owners
Marking of plots was also discussed and the Clerk is to look into purchasing some markers.
The Clerk will also look into moving the bins into another rea
