MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE

FC2/10-23 Declarations of Interest
None
FC3/11-23 Minutes to Approve
Minutes of 04 July 2023 were approved with minor amendments and signed by the Chair.
FC04/12-23 2023 To approve July 2023 payroll.
Payroll for July was approved unanimously and passed as a true record.
FC5/13-23 Update on Banking & BACS
The Chair received the online bank statement to date and authorised the income and expenditure as a true and accurate record, this was RESOLVED unanimously to be correct.
The Chair reported as of today the bank accounts are:
£14,213.67 – Current account
£46,944.80 – Saver account
FC06/14-23 2023 To receive a request from the Parish Clerk to pay overnight accommodation in Lincoln.
It was RESOLVED to approve the request by the Parish Clerk to pay for overnight accommodation and mileage to and from Lincoln. It was also stated that any training for the office staff will be paid for either in full or part depending on the value to the Parish Council.
