MINUTES OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
7 pm on the 11th January 2021, held by way of a Virtual Zoom Meeting

The Meeting began with a 5-minute Public Participation Session
There were no Public Present
Cllr Hibbert-Greaves introduced Dr Graham Williams who has been co-opted to the Council, and confirmed that his Acceptance of Office had been signed in the presence of the Clerk.

19/228 to receive the notes of the meeting of the Council held on 16th November 2020.
Proposed by Cllr Hibbert-Greaves, seconded by Cllr Evans & unanimously agreed that the
minutes should be signed.
19/229 to receive the notes of the Extra Ordinary meeting of the Council held on 10th December 2020.
Proposed by Cllr Barrs, seconded by Cllr Mrs Hamilton & unanimously agreed that the
minutes should be signed.
19/230 to receive the notes of the Environment & Amenities Committee held on 1st December 2020.

19/232 Report from LCC & ELDC Councillors
LCC – Cllr Davie gave an update on the pandemic; vaccination sites will be announced later in the week.
The Police are checking carparks for licence plates which are out of area.
There may be a possible opening of the area in early May.

The building for the Huttoft Café will be on site in the next few weeks, and the work on the coastal
path is ongoing.
Cllr Davie also advised that parking charges will be introduced in the Coastal carparks, and would welcome
the Parish Council comments.

ELDC – Cllr Hibbert-Greaves reported that East Lindsey are in the process of working on the budget.

19/235 Highways visit to the Primary School – Cllr Barrs
Cllr Barrs reported that he had met with Russel Croxford from Highways, and the Headmaster
Mr Almond to discuss parking problems outside the school. Residents had been complaining
that is causing access issues. It was agreed that a parking order would be applied for, to mark
the area outside the school as ‘No Loading’. It was also agreed that the markings
outside the old entrance would be removed.

It was proposed by Cllr Hibbert-Greaves, seconded by Cllr Evans and unanimously agreed that these items
should be ratified.
