Public Participation Session
A resident spoke on behalf of the residents to register the concerns over the planning application for Regina Walk.
Cllr Davie advised that Lincolnshire County Council would be objecting to the application, and residents were advised that the application was an agenda item.

19/251 to receive the notes of the meeting of the Council held on 8th February 2021.
Proposed by Cllr Hibbert-Greaves, seconded by Cllr Yaxley & unanimously agreed that the
minutes should be signed.
19/252 To receive the notes of the Cemetery Committee on 9th February 2021.
Proposed by Cllr Hibbert-Greaves, seconded by Cllr Yaxley & unanimously agreed that the
minutes should be signed.
19/253 to receive the notes of the Environment & Amenities Committee on 18th February 2021.
Proposed by Cllr Barrs, seconded by Cllr Mrs Hamilton & unanimously agreed that the
minutes should be signed.
19/254 To receive the Schedules of accounts for 1st to 28th February 2021 which had been checked by Cllr
Mrs King a member of the Finance Committee.
Unanimously agreed that these accounts should be accepted.
19/255 Report from LCC & ELDC Councillors
LCC – Cllr Davie Advised that there would be funds made available to assist with business recovery
after the pandemic.
Cllr Davie reported on Highway repairs, and reminded all that there are to be road closures at Anderby
Road, Chapel Point.
ELDC – Cllr Hibbert-Greaves announced that Skegness, Mablethorpe and Boston had been successful in
gaining funds from the government Towns fund.

19/256 Correspondence Received
Request from a resident for double yellow lines and possible driveway markings on Sea Bank Road.
Cllr Davie advised that this request had his support. The Parish Council unanimously agreed
to support this request.
19/257 Councillors Training Course – Cllr Mrs Robinson
Cllr Mrs Robinson advised that she had recently attended a Councillor training course which she
found enjoyable, it reminded Councillors why they work voluntary within the Parish, she also felt
it was an excellent way to keep abreast of current legislation.
19/258 To Review the Public convenience opening dates – in accordance with pandemic regulations
It was proposed by Cllr Hibbert-Greaves, seconded by Cllr Yaxley that the Ancaster and Chapel Point
public conveniences should be re-opened on the 1st April.

19/259 To propose that the Cemetery refunds costs for the administration, to the Parish Council – Cllr Yaxley
Cllr Yaxley proposed, seconded Cllr Hibbert-Greaves and unanimously agreed that costs incurred for
staff hours whilst administrating the Cemetery should be charged back to the Cemetery fund.
