21/021 a) To receive the Schedules of accounts for 1st April to 31st May 2021 which had been checked by Cllr
Mrs King a member of the Finance Committee.
Cllr Yaxley pointed out a duplication within the accounts, once this had been altered it was
unanimously agreed that these accounts should be accepted.
b) To receive the Schedules of accounts for 1st June to 30th June 2021 which had been checked by Cllr
hibbert-greaves a member of the Finance Committee.
Unanimously agreed that these accounts should be accepted

21/024 Clerks Report
a) New Notice Board at Chapel Point.
The Councillors were all in agreement that the notice board at Chapel Point, is excellent,
it was therefore suggested that a second Notice Board should be purchased to replace the one in the Village.
The ELDC Councillors have both agreed to fund £300 each towards the purchase from their Councillor Community Grant.
b) Arrangements for a Parish Meeting
The Council have been unable to hold a Parish Meeting since the beginning of lockdown, it was discussed
as to whether one should be arranged this year.
It was proposed by Cllr Barrs, seconded by Cllr Hibbert-Greaves that a Parish Meeting
should be arranged early in the New year, in accordance with the Standing Orders.
