None
21/014 Declarations of Pecuniary Interests not already registered
None
21/015 Election of Chairman
Cllr Evans proposed Cllr Hibbert- Greaves seconded Cllr Barrs & unanimously agreed.
Cllr Hibbert-Greaves signed the Acceptance of Office in front of the Clerk.
21/016 Election of Vice Chairman
Cllr Hibbert-Greaves proposed Cllr Evans seconded Cllr Yaxley & unanimously agreed.
Cllr Evans signed the Acceptance of Office in front of the Clerk.
21/017 Annual Governance & Accountability Return – sent to Councillors before the meeting
Cllr Hibbert – Greaves gave details of the letter received from the Auditor,
There were no questions therefore it was proposed by Cllr Hibbert Greaves, seconded by
Cllr Evans, and unanimously agreed that the following Statements should be signed by the
Chairman.
(i) To complete & sign the Annual Governance Statement
(ii) To complete & sign the Accounting statements
