MINUTES OF THE EXTRAORDINARY MEETING
Held on Wednesday, 5 August 2026 at 9.30am at the Old Coastguard Station, Anderby Road, Chapel St Leonards, PE24 5XA
Present: Cllr C. Jude (Chairman), Cllr J. Sieradzi (Vice Chairman), Cllr C. Briggs, Cllr C. Naylor and Cllr F. Stevenson

EX01/08-26 Chairman’s Welcome.
Cllr C. Jude (Chairman) welcomed everyone present to the Extraordinary Meeting and thanked them for attending.
EX02/08-26 Apologies for absence.
None received.
EX03/08-26 Declarations of pecuniary Interests not already registered and to consider any dispensation.
None received.
EX04/08-26 To RESOLVE quotations for windows for the Shop Premises and Seafront Café.
It was RESOLVED unanimously that Pipers Windows Co. Uk. replace the windows at the Shop Premises and the Seafront Café which will have a sliding window.
EX05/08-26 To RESOLVE quotations for 4 x Speed Cameras.
Cllr C. Briggs proposed and Cllr C. Naylor seconded the motion and it was RESOLVED unanimously that 4 x speed cameras are ordered from ElanCity. The cameras will be positioned at the following locations:
- Two speed cameras will be located at Ancaster Avenue.
- One speed camera will be located at Skegness Road.
- One speed camera will be located at St Leonards Drive.
The Extraordinary Meeting concluded at 10.10am
