This was called due to personnel issues.
EX02/02-26 Chairman’s Welcome.
Cllr P. Robinson (Chairman) welcomed everyone present to the Extraordinary Meeting and thanked them for attending.
EX03/02-26 Apologies for absence.
Cllr C. Naylor and Cllr J. Sieradzki with valid reason.
EX03/02-26 Declarations of pecuniary Interests not already registered and to consider any dispensation.
None received.
EX04/02-26 To RESOLVE personnel issues.
There was a discussion about personnel issues, and this was Resolved unanimously.
The Clerk enquired with LALC regarding employing an HR company, but they were unable to assist. She researched and obtained 3 quotes from HR companies, and it was Resolved unanimously to choose the most suitable company.
The Extraordinary Meeting concluded at 10.15am
