MINUTES OF THE EXTRAORDINARY MEETING

This was called due to confidential financial matters.
EX02/06-26 Chairman’s Welcome.
Cllr C. Jude (Chairman) welcomed everyone present to the Extraordinary Meeting and thanked them for attending.
EX03/6-26 Apologies for absence.
None received.
EX04/06-26 Declarations of pecuniary Interests not already registered and to consider any dispensation.
None received.
EX05/06-26 To RESOLVE to exclude the public and media to discuss confidential items relating to individuals and confidential matters in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings)Act 1960.
There was a discussion regarding the financial agreement and terms of the loan of £18,500 to the village hall for the roof repair. This was Resolved by a vote and show of hands. Cllr F. Stevenson abstained from voting.
The Extraordinary Meeting concluded at 10.15am
