MINUTES OF THE EXTRAORDINARY MEETING

EX01/10-26 Closed Session
This was called due to confidential financial matters.
EX02/10-26 Chairman’s Welcome.
Cllr C. Jude (Chairman) welcomed everyone present to the Extraordinary Meeting and thanked them for attending.
EX03/10-26 Apologies for absence.

EX04/10-26 Declarations of pecuniary Interests not already registered and to consider any dispensation.
Cllr J. Sieradzi is a Parish Council Representative for the Village Hall.
EX05/10-26 To RESOLVE to exclude the public and media to discuss confidential items relating to individuals and confidential matters in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960.
EX06/10-26 Grant Application
There was a discussion regarding a Grant Application by the Village Hall. Cllr F. Stevenson proposed and Cllr C. Briggs seconded the motion. It was RESOLVED unanimously to fund the application of £1,070 for the urgent repair of a fire door and to replace a fire door
