Notice is hereby given, and Committee Members are summoned to attend, a Chapel St Leonards Parish Council Events Committee Meeting on Thursday, 31st October 2024 from 11.00am at the Church Hall, Church Lane, PE24 5QW.

If you are unable to attend, please inform the Parish/Assistant Clerk of your absence and reason thereof.

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.

 

 

  1.  Declarations of Pecuniary Interests not already registered and to consider any dispensations.

 

 

  1.  Copy of up-to-date Budget for Events.

 

  1.   Emergency phone number and why used for just events.

 

 

  1.    Remembrance Service
  1.   Lamp post poppies arrived?
  2.   Dates earmarked for operatives to decorate the village wreaths  arrived?
  3.    Practice date.

 

  1.      Discuss Events working party notes and agree them.

 

  1.       Tree delivery.  Lights checked?

 

  1.        Meeting with Mark to discuss the gazebos and electricity.
