Chairman’s welcome

10-minute talk by Angela Scott, Project Manager, Environment followed by 5-minute Q&A on the presentation

There will be a 15-minute maximum Public Participation Session at this meeting.  Members of the public may have up to 3 minutes each to raise issues.

Members of the public may not speak or interject during the parish council meeting once it starts unless permission is granted by the Chair and by resolution of the parish council.

The Chair will invite County and District Councillors to make a statement or bring items to the attention of the parish council prior to the start of the formal agenda.

3. To receive and approve the draft minutes of the Parish Council meetings held on 13th June 2022.

4. To consider matters arising from the meeting of 13th June 2022.

5. To consider applications for co-option and approval to the parish council, if appropriate, and to sign the Declaration of Acceptance of Office for the newly co-opted councillors.

8. To consider the provision of electric charging points in the parish.

9. To approve and for the Chair to sign the Highway Verge Grass-cutting contract with Lincolnshire County Council 2022-23.

10. To consider and approve the grass-cutting of Charlie’s Folly area following recent local consultation.

11. To consider the use of social media and communications for the parish council.
