NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, and Members are summoned to attend a Chapel St Leonards Annual Parish Council Meeting which will be held on Monday, 4 May 2026 commencing at 7,.00pm at the Church Hall, Church Lane, Chapel St Leonards, PE24 5QW.

Following the election of Chairman and Vice Chairman there will be a public forum for a maximum of 15 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.
AGENDA
- To elect a Chairman for the ensuing year (2026/27) and to receive the Declaration of Acceptance of Office of Chairman of Chape St Leonards Parish Council.
- To elect a Vice Chairman for the ensuing year (2026/27) and to receive the Declaration of Acceptance of Office of Vice Chairman of the Chapel St Leonards Parish Council.
- Public Forum
To resolve to suspend the meeting for a maximum of 15 minutes to allow members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to the Council and to receive reports of the elected members of the Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council.
- Apologies for Absence
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk/RFO prior to the meeting.
- Declaration of Interest
To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests.
