NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, and Members are summoned to attend an Extraordinary Meeting of the Chapel St Leonards Parish Council on Wednesday, 5 August 2026 at 9.30am at The Old Coastguard Station, Anderby Road, Chapel St Leonards, PE24 5XA.

If you are unable to attend, please inform the Clerk/RFO.

  1. Apologies for Absence.

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk/RFO prior to the meeting.

 

  1. Declaration of Pecuniary Interests not already registered and to consider any dispensations.

 

  1. To resolve quotations for windows for the Shop Premises and Seafront Café.

 

  1. To resolve quotations for 4 x Speed Cameras.
