at the Church Hall on Church Lane, PE24 5QW. If you are unable to attend, please inform the Parish/Deputy clerk of your absence and reason thereof.

8. To resolve to move into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed in relation to the following matters:
a. Review of tree trimming quotations
9. Inspection of graves and ornaments to ensure compliance with terms & conditions (weather permitting)
10. To resolve the date of the next Cemetery Committee meeting
