Notice is hereby given, and Members are summoned to attend, an Extraordinary Meeting of the Chapel St Leonards Parish Council Cemetery Committee Meeting
on Friday 23 September from 10:00 at the Church Hall on Church Lane, PE24 5QW. If you are unable to attend, please inform the clerk or deputy clerk of your absence and reason thereof.
Agenda
1. Apologies for absence
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. Declarations of Pecuniary Interests not already registered and to consider any dispensations.
3. To resolve to exclude the public and media to discuss confidential items relating to individuals and confidential financial matters in accordance with The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960
a. To receive update from the Deputy Clerk in respect of:
- Burial Matters- Solicitor's Advice to date
- Cemetery Layout and operational matters moving forward
