at the Church Hall on Church Lane, PE24 5QW. If you are unable to attend, please inform the Parish/Deputy clerk of your absence and reason thereof.

5. To consider row and plot marker suppliers independent of the quote received in 2021 (and updated to 2023)

7. Update on Non-compliance letters:
a. Drainage considerations along row C1
b. Damage concerns from mowers/strimmers
c. Flute vase and planter buffers (request for exclusion from non-compliance)
8. To resolve the date of the next Cemetery Committee meeting
9. To resolve to exclude the public and media to discuss confidential items relating to individuals and confidential financial matters in accordance with The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960
