NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, and Members are summoned to attend the Annual Chapel St Leonards Parish Council Meeting which will be held on Monday 15 May commencing at 7.00pm at the Chapel St Leonards Village Hall, Sea Road, PE24 5SA. If you cannot attend, please inform me of your absence and the reason.

Following the election of Chair and Vice Chair there will be a public forum for a maximum of 10 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.
A maximum further 10 minutes will be set aside for the meeting to receive reports of the elected members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council (oral).

1. To elect a Chair for the ensuing year (2023/24)
2. To receive the Declaration of Acceptance of Office of Chair of Chapel St Leonards Parish Council
3. To elect a Vice Chair for the ensuing year (2023/24) and to receive the Declaration of Acceptance of Office of Vice Chair of Chapel St Leonards Parish Council
4. Public Forum 
To resolve to suspend the meeting for a maximum of 20 minutes to allow members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to the Council and to receive reports of the elected members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council
5. Apologies for Absence
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.

To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests
