MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PERSONNEL COMMITTEE

Tuesday 12th January 2021 10.30 am at Chapel Point, By way or a Virtual Zoom Meeting

1. Apologies for absence

None

2. Declarations of interest

3. To move into closed session

It was unanimously agreed to move into closed session

There were no public present

4. To discuss Job Description and Specification for the Handyman

The job description and specification had been sent to Councillors before the meeting.

The description was discussed and it was agreed that, apart from the hours being reduced to

30 hours per week there were no other amendments required, and that

the vacancy should be advertised as soon as possible.

5. To discuss Job Description and Specification for the Community Warden

The job description and specification had been sent to Councillors before the meeting.

The description was discussed and it was agreed that there were no amendments required.

It was also unanimously agreed that the job should be advertised as 20 hours a week.

The Clerk advised that it has been agreed with East Lindsey that a training session would be

arranged for the new Warden.

It was also agreed that the vacancy should be advertised in time to have the warden in place

before the start of the season.
