19/156 Suspension Of Standing Orders
It was purposed by the Chairman and unanimously agreed that the Standing Orders shouldbe suspended to enable the public participation session could be cancelled, and the closure of Trunch Lane toilets could be re addressed

These absences were formally approved, by vote, having considered and accepted the reason for absence
19/158 Resolution To Run Parish Council Meetings By Virtual Zoom Meeting
In accordance with The Local Authorities And Police And Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility Of Local Authority And Police And Crime Panel Meetings) (England And Wales) Regulations 2020.

LCC – Cllr Davie reported on the emergency measures being taken due to the pandemic, all LCC staff will be working from home for a further 6 months
ELDC Cllr Hibbert-Greaves reported that ELDC are checking on licensed premises
