Cllr Turton-Leivers, this absence was formally approved, by vote, having considered
and accepted the reason for absence.

minutes should be signed.

d) To note that the precept claim must be submitted by 18th January 2021, we are awaiting ELDC
to announce the Tax Base which should be available in late December.

Cllr Davie advised that at the end of lockdown this area will either be in a Tier 2 or 3, and there would
be more support from LCC for businesses.
There would be more money put into the care sector.
He also advised that the Café at Huttoft would be open in February.

a) To keep Chapel Point Carpark, open during the second lockdown, unless the Parish Council are instructed by the Police to close it.

19/218 To Renew the Memorandum of Understanding for the Public Space Protection Order – sent to Councillors before the meeting
Proposed Cllr Hibbert-Greaves, seconded Cllr Yaxley and unanimously agreed that the PSPO’s should be adopted.
19/219 To consider and agree the service agreement with Ingoldmells Parish Council – sent to Councillors before the meeting
It was unanimously agreed that the service agreement should be used in the negotiations with Ingoldmells Parish Council.
It was proposed by Cllr Hibbert-Greaves seconded by Cllr Evans, that all further consultations on this matter should be undertaken by
Cllr Hibbert-Greaves and the Clerk in their roles as Chair of Finance and the Responsible Financial Officer.
