MINUTES OF THE PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING

Held on 30 June 2025 at 4.00pm at The Old Coastguard Station, Anderby Road, Chapel St Leonards, PE24 5XA

PC/01/06-25     Chair’s Welcome.

Cllr G. Ward (Chair) welcomed everyone present to the meeting and thanked them for attending.

PC/02/06-25     Apologies for Absence.

None received.

PC/03/06-25     Declaration of Pecuniary Interests not already registered and to consider any dispensation.

None received.

PC/04/06-25     To resolve as minutes the record of the last Personnel Meeting held on 13 May 2025.

The minutes were approved unanimously and signed by the Chair, Cllr G. Ward.

PC/05/06-25     Personnel Issues.

  1. Salary Review for Staff

It was RESOLVED that the staff should have an increase in salary commencing from 30 June 2025.

  1. Contracts Review.

The staff contracts were discussed, and it was agreed that these needed updating, but this would be with the agreement of the staff.

  1. Private Business (regarding issues raised).

This will be kept in a confidential file.
