1. Apologies for Absence.
 
2. Declarations of Pecuniary Interests not already registered and to consider any dispensations.
 
3. To elect the Chair of the Staffing Committee
 
4. To review the Terms of Reference of the Staffing Committee.
 
5. To consider the exclusion of the public and press in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s1(2) due to the confidential nature of the items to be discussed.
 
6. To consider the current office staffing arrangements, job descriptions, person specifications, salaries, employment contract and to decide any changes needed for the roles of Parish Clerk/RFO and Deputy Clerk for the future appointments including advice provided by the HR advisor.
 
7. To consider and approve the recruitment process of a Parish Clerk and Deputy Clerk, dates, venues for shortlisting, interviews and other arrangements.
