If you cannot attend, please inform me of your absence and the reason.

1. Apologies for Absence
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests
3. To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 04 July 2023 and authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.
4. To approve August 2023 payroll.
5. To receive online bank statement to date and authorise income and expenditure as a true and accurate record.
6. To receive request from Parish Clerk to pay overnight accommodation in Lincoln.
