NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, and Members are summoned to attend a Chapel St Leonards Finance Committee Meeting which will be held on Tuesday 4 July 2023 commencing at 10.00am at the Chapel St Leonards Church Hall, Church Lane, PE24 5QW. If you cannot attend, please inform me of your absence and the reason.

1. Elect the Chair of the Finance Committee for the Year 23/24
2. Apologies for Absence
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting
3. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests
4. To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 21 April 2023 and authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.
5. To approve July 2023 payroll.
6. To receive online bank statement to date and authorise income and expenditure as a true and accurate record.
7. To clarify each member understands the need for confidentiality and their roles and boundaries.
