Notice is hereby given, and Committee Members are summoned to attend, a Chapel St Leonards Parish Council Cemetery Committee Meeting on Thursday, 31st October 2024 from 10.00am at the Church Hall, Church Lane, PE24 5QW.

If you are unable to attend, please inform the Parish/Assistant Clerk of your absence and reason thereof.

  1.   Co-option of new Councillor onto Committee.

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have beengiven to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.

 

 

  1.     Declarations of Pecuniary Interests not already registered and to consider   any dispensations.

 

  1.    To resolve as minutes the record of the meeting on 26 September 2024.

 

 

  1.     Copy of budget for cemetery.

 

  1.      Any refund from Cherished Memorials.

 

 

  1.      Estimates for path repairs.

 

  1.      Trees for cemetery boundary and discussion on the climbers just planted.

 

  1.      Tree survey.

    

 

  1.      Bases for memorials – cost.
