PUBLIC MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, and Members are summoned to attend a Chapel St Leonards Parish Council Public Meeting which will be held on Monday 03 July commencing at 7.00pm at the Chapel St Leonards Village Hall, Sea Road, PE24 5SA. If you cannot attend, please inform me of your absence and the reason.

1. Apologies for Absence
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests
3. Purpose of the Meeting
This is a Public Meeting to consider possible uses for the Hub Building located at Chapel Point.
4. Financial Implications
Due to the amount the time this building has been empty, there will be financial implications and the Parish Council will consider these with any suggestions for a change of usage made.
5. Proposed Action
Parish Council to give their proposals and receive any other ideas/suggestions from members of the public.
6. Decision
The Parish Council will make their decision at the Meeting based public consensus.
7. Date of next meeting
The next Chapel St Leonards Parish Council Meeting will take place on 10 July 2023, 7pm, at the Chapel St Leonards Village Hall, Sea Road, PE24 5SA.
